If you are a choir conductor, vocal ensemble manager, or a person responsible for rehearsals and concerts, Ensembly helps you manage your ensemble online. This guide explains how to create an ensemble and start using the application.
1. Open the ensemble creation form
Go to ensembly.eu/en/new-ensemble. The form lets you create a new musical ensemble and, if needed, create your user account at the same time.
2. Enter ensemble and user details
Fill in:
- Your ensemble name
- Whether you are a conductor and/or singer
- If you do not have an account yet: first name, last name, email, password, and phone number
- Privacy policy consent and CAPTCHA verification
3. Confirm your email and activate the account
After submitting the form, you will receive an email with an activation link. Click it to activate your account and ensemble. If you do not see the message, check your spam folder.
4. What happens after activation?
After clicking the activation link:
- Your account becomes active
- You are assigned automatically as the ensemble administrator
5. What can you do next?
After creating the ensemble, you can:
- Define default voices or instruments, such as Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass
- Add members and send invitations
- Create a calendar of rehearsals and events
- Define songs and assign voices to them
- Communicate with the ensemble and track attendance
These features are available online in a browser on desktop and mobile devices.
Multiple ensembles
In Ensembly, you can create or belong to several ensembles. To create another ensemble, open ensembly.eu/en/new-ensemble and fill in the form. Your user account will be assigned to the new ensemble, and you will be able to switch between ensembles in the application.
