Ensembly lets you manage the list of songs that form your ensemble repertoire. Administrators can add songs from the ensemble page.

Adding a song

In the side menu, choose Add song. A form will open where you can enter song details.

Fill in the fields:

  • Song title - required
  • Composer - optional composer information
  • YouTube link - optional recording link
  • Description - notes, file links, or rehearsal information
  • Duration - for example 00:02:45

Assigning voices

Add the voices or instruments used in the song. You can choose existing voices, create new ones, or assign all members to their default voices or to one shared voice.

Tags

Tag songs with labels such as Christmas, warm-up, or Concert 2026. Tags make it easier to filter repertoire later.

Additional tips

  • You can assign different users to different voices in specific songs (assigning voices in songs).
  • New voices added while creating a song become available for the whole ensemble.
  • You can edit the song later and change assigned voices.
