How to set event repertoire

Event repertoire tells members what will be rehearsed or performed and helps the conductor check whether the required voices and instruments are available.

Open the event

Go to the event list or calendar and open the event you want to edit. Administrators and authorized users can add or change the repertoire from the event page.

Add songs to the event

Select songs from the repertoire list and add them to the event. The event page will show the planned songs and, where applicable, the voices assigned to each song.

Use attendance information

When members declare attendance, the conductor can compare the expected lineup with the voices needed for the selected songs. This makes it easier to adjust repertoire before the rehearsal or concert.

Keep repertoire up to date

If plans change, edit the event repertoire. Members will then see the updated list when they open the event.
